Tier-on-Tier Shutters for a Beautiful Bay, Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Updated: May 25
We just love this stunning space. There is something about the dark walls with a pop of colour from the sofa that makes these shutters look their very best.
Being a front facing bay window within a town privacy is often the primary concern from our clients. Tier-on-tier allows the most amount of natural light into a room without compromising on privacy. The top sections fully open whilst the bottom can remain fully closed screening the room from view.
For this window we designed the tier split to follow the panes of glass. We also added a central split down the centre of the middle glass pane to create symmetry and allow the panels to fold back against themselves.
These shutters were finished in brilliant white with a 63mm louvre and central tilt rods in both sections.
